Norton Sound Health Corporation Musher Celebration

After performing at Open Mic Night during Iditarod Week, I was asked to do some music during a celebration for 12th place finisher Aaron Burmeister, a musher originally from Nome. Norton Sound Health Corporation was one of his sponsors during this year’s race. They had a special pancake breakfast and musher meet and greet. As an opener, I was asked to play my original “Iditarod Song” along with some other Tundra Berry Jams. It was a well received addition to the event.

Aaron continued with story time after the breakfast and music. I was honored to be part of such a fun Nome event.
